I just lost my keys. Do I have to buy a new lock?
Unless your lock was visibly damaged or tampered with, we can rekey your current lock and cut you a new set of keys on the spot. This renders your old key useless.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
To assure you of our premium service, we offer a 90-day warranty on all labor. However manufacturers’ warranties on locks, safes and other products varies greatly. Be specific or better yet, call (281) 809-0061 and tell us about the kind of security you want so we can quote correctly you based on your specifications.
My keys are too worn out, what do I do?
If no one will cut your keys because they're too worn out, call us at (281) 809-0061 we'll can mold a key out of the lock itself for you! If it is a car key, we can even decode it and cut one out like the original because of our computerized key machines.
Why does it seem like the “best” locks are always the most expensive?
As locks become old over time, the pins in a lock cylinder tend to wear down causing your keys to get stuck, continuously moving the key in the lock to make it work. In some cases, the keys you were given have probably have likely been copied several times or the key has been worn down which can cause your lock to act like it is breaking. The solution is to have a professional locksmith make a new copy of the key or rekey the lock.
